homework sheet in the purple file. When completed, practise dictating the
words to your child. This week’s sounds are ‘ad’ and ‘ed’: dad, bad, mad,
sad, had, bed, fed, led, red, Ted.
Sentence: Dad pushed sad Ted in his red bed.
*Singapore
Maths Homework book: Pages 74-77. It
is necessary to mediate this with your child and work together with him/her.
Write with a pencil not a pen. This is to be completed by Thursday of every
week. Please send book to school every day, even if homework not completed.
*Maths-Number
Recognition: We are sending home a laminated sheet with rows of numbers.
Your child has to speed read from left to right, every day, trying to improve
their reading time. They will have the same sheet for a week. Please make a
game of it and time your child every day.

boys must bring a kippa for Wednesday’s Jewish Studies lessons. All children
must have their Jewish Studies folder every week for the lesson.

- ‘Self Regulation’. Discuss examples of how your child has used Self
Regulation at home and at school, so he is able to discuss this at school. If
this has not been used, encourage him/her to think and discuss how it could
be used and how he can discuss this with the class.

library books for Library tomorrow.
